3. Payment & Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, payment processing, tax collection, and compliance. By making a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.

4. Refund Policy

  • Digital products (Playbook, Template): 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. No questions asked.
  • Knowledge Hub subscription: Cancel anytime. No refunds for the current billing period. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
